A West Midlands entrepreneur has taken full control of Performance Window Fabrications (PWF), a leading manufacturer of aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling.
Six-Twenty Group has acquired 100% share capital in the Birmingham-based business after Alex Sutherland agreed a deal with former business partner Kevin Sharkey.
PWF aims to take advantage of an increasing demand for aluminium glazing products at commercial and residential property developments and refurbishment projects. Since it was established six years ago, it has assembled a highly trained team of fenestration experts at its Aston base.
